SOCIAL EVENINGS
“Club Nights”
Club members get together one evening in September, November, December, February, April and May, at the Quaker Meeting House in Bush Road, Wanstead. The range of activities includes board games, quiz nights, music nights and interesting talks from visiting speakers. Suggestions for further topics of interest are always welcome. Preparations are in hand for more celebrations of our 80th Anniversary throughout 2018.

These social evenings are for club members only. If you become a member of the Group, you will receive full details of the latest programme. The evenings start at 7.45 and end two hours later. Tea or coffee is served during the meeting. Those attending are requested to pay £3.00 at present as a contribution towards the running expenses.
An annual Christmas get together is usually organised, and the AGM takes place in May.
2013 was our 75th Anniversary and several extra events took place, including a coach trip to Broadstairs for the Dickens Festival and a day on the Epping - Ongar Steam Railway.All events were fully supported and thoroughly enjoyed by all members.
